Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Consultations are always free, in person or remote. You only pay if you choose to move forward with a custom project.

How does payment work?

Two invoices, nothing in between. A $200 deposit locks the project in after the consultation. The balance is invoiced once CAD, design, and stones are approved — before casting begins.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes. We design backward from your number, explain tradeoffs clearly (stone size vs. clarity vs. metal), and aim to beat comparable big-name retail pricing for a like-for-like spec.
