1. Custom orders
Every ring is made-to-order. After a free consultation, we open your project with a flat $200 deposit, which locks in your spot on the bench and covers initial design work (sketches and CAD). The deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before any design work has started; once design work begins it is non-refundable. After you approve the final CAD, stones, and metal, a balance invoice is issued for the remainder and production begins. Once production is underway the project is non-refundable, though adjustments and corrections are always negotiable — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
2. Timelines
Standard timelines are 2–3 weeks from final CAD approval. Heirloom redesigns and complex pieces may run longer; we'll communicate any change to your delivery date in advance.
3. Shipping & delivery
Free fully insured shipping is included on every finished ring within the contiguous United States via FedEx overnight, with signature required. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a carrier surcharge quoted at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL, fully insured and signature required, with duties and taxes calculated at checkout. Risk transfers on delivery.
4. Warranty & care
Every ring includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, plus free lifetime cleaning and inspection. Free resizing or a complimentary remake is available within the first 12 months if the design cannot be resized. Lifetime polishing is not included — repeated polishing thins the metal, so refinishing is offered at-cost as needed. Damage from impact, accident, chemical exposure, alteration by another jeweler, normal wear, or loss is not covered. See the Care page for the complete coverage list.
5. Returns
Because every ring is custom made to order, we do not accept returns. The only exception is a clear manufacturer defect or issue, which we will resolve at no charge under our lifetime warranty.
