Lifetime promise
The day we deliver isn't the end — it's the start.
Every Ever True ring comes with lifetime cleaning, lifetime inspection, and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Below is exactly what we cover — and what we don't — with no asterisks.
What's included, for life
Six promises that come with every Ever True ring.
Lifetime cleaning
Bring your ring in (or mail it back) any time for professional ultrasonic and steam cleaning. Free, forever.
Lifetime inspection
Annual (or any-time) inspection of every prong, head, and gallery. We tighten anything that's drifted before it becomes a problem.
Lifetime warranty
Manufacturing defects — loose stones from faulty setting, broken prongs, clasp failures, or metal flaws — are repaired at no charge, for as long as you own the ring.
First-year sizing guarantee
Free resizing within the first 12 months — fingers change, and so does the ring. Some designs can’t be resized due to their style; in those cases, we’ll remake it at no extra cost. After year one, just the cost of metal and labor.
Free insured shipping for service
Send your ring in from anywhere in the contiguous US — we cover round-trip insured shipping for any covered service, for life.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every ring ships with a detailed Certificate of Authenticity / Jewelry Description Document. Need a formal insurance appraisal? We'll arrange a third-party appraiser at your request — an additional fee may apply.
The warranty, in plain English
What we cover, what we don't.
We'd rather over-explain than under-deliver. Here is the full coverage list — no fine print, no surprises.
Covered for life
- Manufacturing defects in metal, casting, and finishing
- Loose or lost center / accent stones due to faulty setting (within the first 12 months)
- Broken or bent prongs, broken solder joints, and clasp failures from normal wear
- Annual professional cleaning and ultrasonic / steam service
- Annual inspection of stones, prongs, and structural integrity
Not covered
- Lost stones after 12 months from any cause other than a documented setting defect
- Lifetime polishing or refinishing — polishing removes a small amount of metal each time and is offered at-cost as needed
- Loss or theft of the ring (your homeowner's or jewelry policy should cover this — we can arrange a third-party appraisal on request, additional fee may apply)
- Damage from impact, crushing, chemical exposure, or accidents
- Repairs, alterations, resizing, or stone work performed by another jeweler — this voids the warranty
- Normal wear: surface scratches, patina, gradual band thinning, or rhodium fade on white gold
- Modifications to the original design after delivery
Daily wear, made simple
A 60-second routine that keeps a ring looking new.
- Once a week: warm water + a drop of dish soap + a soft toothbrush. Rinse, pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Take it off for: the gym, gardening, swimming pools, beach days, and applying lotion or sunscreen.
- Leave it on for: just about everything else. A well-made ring is meant to be worn.
- Once a year: bring it in (or mail it) for a free professional cleaning and full inspection.
