Made-to-order, made to love.
Every Ever True ring is hand-built from scratch for one person. Because of that, we don't offer traditional returns or refunds — but we will redesign and remake your ring until you genuinely love it.
Our promise: we redesign until you love it
If your finished ring doesn't feel right — the proportions, the stone, the metal tone, the setting style — tell us. We'll work with you on revisions, rework the design, and remake the ring until it's the one you've been picturing.
That's the upside of made-to-order: nothing leaves the studio that you haven't approved at every milestone (CAD renders, wax model, and final inspection photos).
When refunds apply
Refunds are only issued when we determine the issue is our fault — for example:
- A confirmed manufacturing defect we can't reasonably remedy
- A ring that materially does not match the final approved design
- A stone that does not match the certification we provided
In those cases, our first step is always to remake or replace. A monetary refund is the last resort, agreed in writing.
Deposits
The flat $200 deposit reserves your spot on the bench and covers initial design work (consultation, sketches, and CAD). It is non-refundable once design work has started. If you cancel before any work begins, we'll refund it in full.
What's not eligible
- • Change of mind after you've approved the final CAD and we've begun casting
- • Resizing requests (covered free in the first 12 months under our warranty)
- • Normal wear, accidental damage, or loss (file with your jewelry insurance)
- • Rings altered, resized, or repaired by another jeweler
